Due to the potential for maximum utilization of southbound firm Main Line capacity through Fountain Hill in the Field Zone, MRT is issuing a System Protection Warning (SPW) effective 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, and continuing until further notice.

 

During this time:

 

1.       Nominations and allocations will need to be within their primary path and primary direction of flow.

2.       Nominations and allocations will not be allowed to exceed their Line Priority, Rate Zone Capacity or Line Capacity.

3.       Daily activity resulting in long positions may not be allowed during this period.

4.       Make up of short positions may not be allowed during this period.

 

Shippers whose deliveries to storage and/or Perryville are impacted by any of the four (4) conditions above are encouraged to source supply at their primary receipt points, MRT’s West Line, and/or Perryville receipts.

 

Failure to comply with this SPW may result in Shippers being issued an individual OFO.  Nominations will be confirmed and scheduled in accordance with MRT’s Tariff.

 

This SPW will be updated as more information becomes available.
